After Kenya, BJ and I got to go to Uganda for 3 days. It was an incredible experience. There we met with Kennedy, the pastor of a University church there in Kampala. We also met with the men who run Bible Way, an incredible ministry to guards and others in Kampala. Joseph and Douglas, the lead guys at Bible Way, are hilarious. They were so much fun to be around. BJ and her family lived in Kampala for two years. So we met with these guys and lots of other people who they ministered to while they were there. It was so inspiring to be around these young men and women who are so dedicated and take such lead roles in these ministries.
These are the pictures of the students that we sponsor to go to school. They were so sweet. They called me mama when I walked in the room. Pray for their mom. She is near death right now and there are 5 children.
